Emerging Dragons

The Willetton District cricket club has this year announced the continuance of the Emerging Dragons program.

 

This program is open to boys and girls from 9 years to 15 years of age and is designed to capture the very best of natural talent at a young age. Any club coaches or local schools who have outstanding talent have the opportunity to feed these players into the program. The players train on turf once a month throughout the season, with district coaches and A grade players in attendance, to work on technique and cricket knowledge.

 

To be part of the program simply email player details – name age email parents contact no’s etc Emerging Dragons Coach and ex-Willetton District cricket club A grade batsman Mark Hindle mselh29@bigpond.com and we will compile a list to commence and will email out to all interested.

 

The club charges $100 for 6 sessions on turf at the Willetton A Grade practice facility. Players will train as a group once a month on a Wednesday night 4.30 pm – 6.00pm and meet A Grade players, past players and coaches.

 

Dates for our sessions on turf at the Willetton Sports Club will be announced shortly likely to kick off late October
